Using merge tags in email templates
Personalise a template with placeholders in curly braces, for example {recipient-name}.
1. Open a template
Open Latest Email Templates and edit the body.
2. Placeholders
Use {recipient-name}, {recipient-id}, {recipient-number}, {recipient-prefix}, {expiry-date}, {sender-name}, and {association-name}.
