How do I cancel a transfer?
Transfer troubleshooting
Read the on-screen transfer message, then fix the animal history.
1. View All
On the home dashboard open Latest Animals and click View All.
2. Description
Click the animal Description and read the latest movement.
3. Latest Transfers, View All
Open Latest Transfers and click View All.
4. Animal
Click the Animal name on that sale.
Animal has already been transferred
An animal can only be transferred from the current owner once for a given sale.
1. View All
On the home dashboard open Latest Animals and click View All.
2. Description
Click the animal Description and read the latest transfer.
3. Latest Transfers, View All
Open Latest Transfers and click View All.
4. Animal
Click the Animal name to open that sale. Complete it, or delete it if it was created by mistake.
Animal won't attach to a transfer
If an animal will not attach to a transfer, it is usually already on another sale.
1. View All
On the home dashboard open Latest Animals and click View All.

Click the animal Description and read the latest movement.
3. Latest Transfers, View All
Open Latest Transfers and click View All.
4. Animal
Click the Animal name. Delete the latest transfer if it is wrong, then click Transfer on the animal.
